Go on...make Nestoria work hard grrr...

Nestoria is like a house hunters watch dog – one with a nose for real estate rather than the postman.  As well as using the search box, 'Nestoria enabled' house hunters can also sign up to be notified via a personalised Google homepage, or Google tool barRSS feeds,  or even Facebook.

Nestoria is strict about what kind of notifications it sends out and only contacts users when a new property matching their search appears on the market, or when there's a price change on a matched property.

And no one who spends as much time on the internet as the Nestoria team would even consider using the contact details people submit for anything other than relevant notifications.  If you want to keep up with Nestoria news you'll need to start following the blog – no one's going to be sending you a newsletter...

If you're hungry for a bit of tech-talk you might want to check out Nestoria's API, which allows all sorts of potentially interesting ways for developers to access the Nestoria database of listings.  But there's more tech talk on the way.
