Let's make some introductions

We all know that finding somewhere to live is one of the all time most stressful things to have sitting on the top of your 'to do' list.  Having to move house is bad enough but finding the perfect place to live is a decision of EPIC proportions, and one that you're literally, and figuratively, going to have to live with.  So how would it be if I introduced you to something that could make this experience a minor blip on your heart rate monitor instead of a set of full blown palpitations?

“Hi, this is nestoria.com.au.  Nestoria, this is my new friend the house hunter, I think you guys should get to know each other.”

But before Nestoria takes you out for a drink  - and while the Nestoria team tighten up the last screws on the Australian site - let me explain why I think you're so well suited:

Nestoria wants to help you find your perfect match when it comes to property, which it does by working with leading real estate names to provide as many relevant potential property matches as possible.  Before you ask, more potential matches doesn't mean the right property is harder to find, the really forward thinking thing about Nestoria is that the search service, which is what Nestoria is all about, is designed to be both powerful and easy to use – that's what comes from being a small company of developers and technology boffins.

If you want to get deep and personal, Nestoria is a vertical search engine, which means it's like Google or Yahoo Search but the only results it's going to give you are potential property matches.  Its layout offers both clearly defined search options and that inviting search box, so you don't need to be a web-wizz to get Nestoria working for you.

The other thing it's good to know is that you won't be a guinea pig: Nestoria has been matching house hunters from the UK up with their dream homes/ flats/ rooms/ houseboats or other, to rent or buy since 2006, and also has German, Italian and Spanish versions.  So hopefully Nestoria knows what it's doing by now – not that it's the kind of site that doesn't believe in room for improvement - No! Every new country Nestoria has moved into has had its own way of doing things real-estate-wise, so over the first few months there will be a lot to learn and a lot of improvements as Nestoria 'Australianises'. Nestoria aims to please, so come back and have a look around when Nestoria is fully dressed and live (not long now...), and if you have any suggestions to help it fit in please speak up to Nestoria's feedback form!
